    Four mile range, that can be chewed up in an airport like Dallas /Fort Worth where gates for American Airlines alone for connecting flights can be spaced very far apart.

    Security will not let you take a battery of this capacity through in hand luggage or any type of luggage or carry on

      Yes you can I use an electric wheelchair and sometimes you need to inform the airline that the battery is certified for are travel. Sometimes the airline employees are not well trained or informed so they don’t know.

    Hello friend, how much does the suitcase weigh? And can it be carried as a carry-on bag at no cost on the plane? (at the top)

      It weighs 9.79kg and yes you can carry it on the plane with no problem because the battery is removable. I carry mine all the time for two years now and I had no issues. At the moment I have two pcs left in silver color so let me know if you need one. Contact me on WhatsApp +13478661534

      You can carry it with you, just take it off the lunch before you board the flight

      They don't tell you, the law says take off the battery so before you go through security you take off the battery and pass the bag through the scanner. Once you go through put back the battery and ride to your gate

      Yes you can ride in the park, it goes up to 8miles an hr. Weight limit is 250lbs

    When you check in in the airport, do they ask you to check it in or remove the battery? Because thats the usual protocol for electric scooters for PWD. The ones that look like a small motor cycle also similar to this luggage except it’s not a luggage

      I only remove the battery when I am boarding the flight. Because of IATA rules just incase the battery catches fire. The law says that smart luggages can be carried on airplanes as long as the battery is removed and the battery must not be more than 160watts and since this battery is 73watts its perfect. I have had people who ask me questions about it at the airport but once I let them know I know the rules with regards to the watts then it's all good

      @@nohasedky8957 before you get on the plane you put the battery inside the bag. Once the plane lands you install it and ride inside the airport. The battery is a power bank so you can also put it in your pocket as well just don't leave it installed on the bag during the flight

      Yes you can control your speed, the more you press the lever the faster it goes so once you press gently it doesn't go fast

      Yes are both rideable the only difference is that the SE3S has a retractable front wheel and the mini has a built-in front wheel. They both have the same removable battery making it also IATA approved

    I couldn't find an android app for this ..can you send the link for the Android app please? Can you put it in follow me mode? Or only ride it manually? Or is the sr5 needed for follow me? Is the sr5 cabin carry on size etc?

      Hello there, this luggage is for riding manually only but thr SR5 has the follow me feature and yes it's cabin size just like the SE3S luggage

      There are two things one the battery is removable and two the battery is 73watts so it is allowed to go through security. The law says that the battery cannot be over 160 watts so this bag is perfect. I have traveled with it so far more than eight times without any issues. Just make sure you remove the battery just before you board the airplane, once you land you can install the battery and ride in the airport again

      @@phuongoan666 yes. I normally remove thr battery and place it inside the security bin together with my cellphone, belt,coins and shoes. Once you clear security you pit the battery back

      Alaska Airlines?
      I spoke to United Airlines through their online chat agent rideable suitcase whether battery is removeable or not is not allowed. Please let us know.

      @DLSUIVAN yes Delta, United and American i have flown all all of them no problem just take off the battery before you board the flight. I travel alot i have been to over 50 countries with my luggage no issues at all. They only ask if the battery comes off and once i say yes then it's all good

    If you have to remove the battery to fly then what use is the case at all!? Just becomes a much heavier than necessary case whilst abroad.

      The IATA rules says batteries more than 180watts not allowed. This battery is 73 watts so it's allowed. Please do your research 🙏 . Like I said I just returned from Portugal 🇵🇹 and made a video with it. That's why you need to know the rules so that you can educate security personnel who do not know. I am a world traveler so I know traveling rules very well, if you complain about the weight that is correct but for the battery you are wrong it is allowed

First you can ride your luggage in the airport but before you go through tsa you turn off the power switch, take off the battery and put in in the tray with your personal belongings like your shoes, phone, belts etc. Then once you clear the tsa you put the battery back on and you can ride to your gate. Once you get to your gate turn off the power switch and take of the battery and put it in your bag before boarding your flight. Then once you land at your destination and you get off the plane you install the battery again and ride through immigration and customs. I hope I was clear enough?       @@BlackyBrownDestruction9337 I have been to 7 countries with it and I have had no problems. I am currently in Japan. And by the way the law says the battery must not be more than 160watts and the battery is less than 80watts so you are fine. Have a good day as well .

    Absolutely useless for 2 reasons:
    1) exceeds all weight limits, without being packed
    2) the type of battery it takes has to be removed and also isn't allowed for hand luggage as it's mw capacity isn't allowed 😂

      😃😃😃😃I thought the same too but after traveling to 15 countries without any problems I became ok 👍. I have been to 38 countries around the world and my last trip was to Portugal which I made a video with the luggage inside the airplane. As for taking out the battery that is the rule IATA rule for all smart luggages because they don't want any fire onboard since they are also classified as scooters. I am in love with mine especially since I do alot of traveling it's the best luggage I ever purchased. I don't have to walk in big airports anymore

      @@tomreamese3 you can take it abroad with you I guess you didn't understand the video. You only take off the battery before boarding the airplane ✈️. Once you get off the plane you put plane you but the battery back and ride in the airport. Unless you plan on riding inside the airplane 😀
