it's never about the travel time, it's about the convenience of not walking a long distance the only problem is what if it breaks, or does it break easily
It started as a great review concept but you guys only covered 1 aspect, the 50% time savings. What I would have liked to see in your review is how much space does it compromise were you to have a similar size 4-wheel suitcase. And then there are other areas too, like how easy or quickly can you flip down the handles and/or scooter for use.
Seems like the scooter would work better in just about every other place this side of Tokyo. Good to test it in an extreme scenario but would have been nice to see the test repeated some place less populated. It also seems like it's intended for short trips not just in transportation centers, for example from parking to your hotel, or train station and your car, or the terminal to long term parking.
In case no one mentioned, the distance used as a standard in the video is waaaaaaay too short! Long distances travels will be cut much shorter than just 20 seconds
I'm considering purchasing because I am a disabled veteran and i travel often. Orlando's airport is tough on my back and knees when walking from gate to gate and getting around the parking levels.
Bunny/graveyardgirl is legitimately SHAKING!!!!!!!! For ppl that don't get it, her channel has this series where she tests "as seen on tv "items and the series is called "does this thing really work?"
I'm looking into getting one of these, not necessarily trying to get to my destination faster, but because I won't have to WALK, in heels, over sidewalk cracks, from my car to the office. It'll save my feet, my back and my SHOES! :)
Other than the assembly, it seems pretty cool to me (based on this very video). I wonder how we can make one that not only soft but also converts into a mattress.
now thats a million dollar idea. count me in? I hv connections, however i get 75% of all revenue... sounds like a good deal to me. respect, zark muckerberg
As a disabled person who has to be extra aware of my surroundings at all times walking with a cane and carrying my bag, this invention is a nightmare for me both in society and especially in airports. Come zipping out of nowhere... throws my entire environment off. 😞
This only makes sense for land travel. The scooter bit makes it so heavy that if you use it as a carry on for flights, you can barely put anything else in.
It's a cool idea however, if you're going faster you have to have much quicker reaction times to avoid people. If your going through an area that's lacking in people it's worth it, but if your in a busy area you might just be better off walking.
good calculation. in 0:50 you say: "But the companies claim is that this suitcase will get you to your destination 50% faster". But later you talk about cutting your travel time in half. That's not the same!! cutting traveltime in half would mean 100% faster. Indeed the time you have stopped is about 50% faster than the time you walked, so claim of the companie is confirmed.
$299, but for that price it would have to include the Liability Insurance you're going to need running into people like you did during the test. This is a litigious society, and it won't take much to convince a judge that it was both STUPID and NEGLIGENT to be using a scooter in a crowded terminal, especially when it causes an injury by knocking someone to the ground.
The music is great, it's not about getting to destination faster it's about reducing the metabolic cost of locomotion. I guess the inventors do not understand the benefits of their own creation.
You know what, say what whatever you want, but this just saved me some money because until there is further development in this silly stuff, I'll just drag my carry on. Now, I AM disabled, I don't see this being s help just yet, though I love the idea
Hi there. Do you still have this suitcase and using it? My wife wanted to buy a version of this for our kids but I'm thinking it's too gimmicky. Does it not compromise space vs a similar size 4-wheel roller?
Why would you only test the most crowded train station? That doesn't even make sense. 99% of the time people would use it in places less crowded, and in turn, go much faster.
they did make contact. but taht dude's reflex reaction is you can tell he's a gamer, he deflected the initial impact with theh way he let his right arm just fall back perfectly brushing him... HE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE A REACTION OR LOOK BACK DUDE IS A NINJA. and if this was anyone else..... woulda been the accident to get the scootcase banned I bet. because the snowflake can't handle the fact HE WASN'T EVEN LOOKING WHERE HE WAS WALKING. im sure this dude knew that... NOT MANY PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND THAT. and RAGELORD OUT ON People as if they fuckin 'have some super power card unlock' AND they try to 'abuse' that power...... yeah that's right i went that deep on this scientifical breakthrough as i always do.
I guess you could call it a scootcase.
I'm sorry I couldn't resist.
I love it 😂
same, i finished the video like "why didn't they call it the Scootcase!?"
You better copyright that name! And get paid! Lol
I love it
This is what people are calling it now
Look at the Marketing major or here 👈🏽
I like that INSIDER is making different content!
Ikr, i like it too

😂😂😂
😂
@@ruthanne6150 I know what you know. They are crazy.
True.
Just use it as a regular scooter
I hope this series continue, I enjoyed this 'research' 😍
Yuuki Asuna It did.
Many airports or bus terminal and general public terminals, do not allow skates, scooters, etc.
Why are you gay?
@@shannonshot can I call you mista?
I would probably stumble and break my ankle.
same
Why don't u just tape a luggage to a scooter
Sophie Delanoche Yeah why not ?!
Moosi Is Dat Fox cause it's way cheaper
One reason might me bause it'd probably be too heavy for the scooter and you'd fall
WHO AM I right
im crying at the way they were running into people the whole time☠️☠️☠️
it's never about the travel time, it's about the convenience of not walking a long distance
the only problem is what if it breaks, or does it break easily
300 dollars for this?!?!?!? What is wrong with this world!?
"To one of the worst places on earth, penn station."
Its cool there for me
This is like testing the speed of a car in a traffic jam.

Original ! Good job
In case no one mentioned, the distance used as a standard in the video is waaaaaaay too short! Long distances travels will be cut much shorter than just 20 seconds
Love how they reviewed it in the end.
I think this is awesome. It’s best to use at huge airports 😊
Ive been wanting this for awhile! Thanks for this!
I'm considering purchasing because I am a disabled veteran and i travel often. Orlando's airport is tough on my back and knees when walking from gate to gate and getting around the parking levels.
omg, this suitcase is awesome!!!! but it's soooooo mahal (expensive...)
..if you know the English word for expensive and write the entire sentence in English, why not just write it as well...
HaichaoTeaLover Well maybe for him/her it’s more dramatic because some people do that too
HaichaoTeaLover haha Malays do that a LOT😂😂😂It’s for more dramatic effect
"i could pack for three or four with that thing" dude what you need to practice packing
Lol, I thought the opposite. I thought "If you were a girl, that would only last you a day"..xD

I have no idea what you just said. lol no hate
Speak English.
5 years later we now have a sit down luggage scooter.
We do lol
I was just looking at getting one. Thanks for the review.
Hah I saw someone with this at the airport the other day 😂
I mean, you can also drag it around like a normal piece of luggage with wheels, so there's no problem in heavy traffic.
So many mall cop security working at airports are gonna go on a karen rage and tell you to get off.
I liked it, very practical and useful.
Other than the assembly, it seems pretty cool to me (based on this very video). I wonder how we can make one that not only soft but also converts into a mattress.

Airport will need allow you to scoot around, no chance.

If you think about it on the freeway most accidents happen because people aren't going at the same speed
YAYAYAYAAYYAAYAYAYAYAYAYYAYAA YOU REACHED 1 MILL SUBS

i totally want this!! my airport isnt really crowded ever so i feel like it's not even necessary but i kinda just want it
Consumerist explains it

My cheap ass just duck taped
a suitcase to my scooter
these people are as discoordenated as a new born penguin
they missed the perfect opportunity to call it a scootcase
Hey everybody it’s Bunny! And today is the day where we ask ourselves, DOES THIS THING REALLY WORK?!

As a constant commuter just seeing grand central and penn station sends me a jolt of familiarity and stress
Yea but with a kid dragging a suitcase this would def save time !! My son would love it !!
Well, you did test on worst case scenario, what about less busy places?
I get Airwheel SE3S Scooter Suitcase, It it very good👍
It’s all fun in games until you see the price.
I'd actually buy this to have a scooter available wherever I go. Smart
Curious if the suitcases were fully filled with stuff to simulate real travel? That may make maneuvering the suitcase more difficult!
That was on shark tank!
*But I love pulling suitcases around...*
The music is great, it's not about getting to destination faster it's about reducing the metabolic cost of locomotion. I guess the inventors do not understand the benefits of their own creation.
Does this thing really work?
Hey guys it is bunny! Bahaha
I have it and damn is it fun and yes it does work well for travel used it on vacation
Can you use this as a carry on bag or does it have to go in the hold?
hey, it's more fun to travel on a scooter.. sooo yeaaaah
They totally abandoned the opportunity to call it a "Scootcase"
I own and use a scooter luggage before...and literally everybody in the Airport commented about it...even the flight attendants and workers!
Oh, neat, I'm thinking about buying it right now, do you think it's a great purchase? Do you think it's going to last long?
Where can I buy this in the UK?
I don't think you can. They are banned in UK airports
I need this. LITERALLY. 🛄
3:30 çok güzel hareketler bunlar
When you finally buy this thing and later assume people laughing around you at the airport 😶😕
I love it!

"the science" ITS A SCOOTER AND A BAG NOT ROCKET SCIENCE DADDY
if you bring lot stuff ,suitcase will be heavy can you still scoot it ?
Mine weighs 5.5kg empty. Carry on luggage can only be under 7kg. You won't be able to bring a lot of stuff
If you're traveling with kids though, I can see how this would get you there in half the time.
I bought two for under 20usd each the other day (massive sale), hopefully it works great for travel
Hi you guys are amazing
The scooter seems too short...
I'd just prefer to buy an attachment that attaches any scooter to a bag
I m sure lots of people would want the hairy back shaver more than this luggage scooter
I actually have this suitcase :)
Hi there. Do you still have this suitcase and using it? My wife wanted to buy a version of this for our kids but I'm thinking it's too gimmicky. Does it not compromise space vs a similar size 4-wheel roller?
What do you think & does it fit in the overhead compartments?
Stfu if you're not gonna respond
“Scoot, scoot.”
Why would you only test the most crowded train station? That doesn't even make sense. 99% of the time people would use it in places less crowded, and in turn, go much faster.
they did not read the manual for sure.
Cool idea but cost way way to much!

Does it get past security?
Design flaw its handle bars dont turn left or right for steering
In a bustling airport I'd rather keep the traditional luggage.
Why the hell didn’t Tom cruise use that
I used to sit on one and be pulled around
What's the weight capacity for the human riding on it? $300 for something it would be ideal for the frequent Traveler.
woah.
It's Cool...
*BUT DOES IT REALLY WORK!?*
imagine if your late for your flight then take out your scooter case to cath up for the plane that will be cool
Do they have different color cuss I'm ready to buy it
It actually depends on how much people r there or you are just fast
Calidad precio. Perfecto.
Why not clamp a small suitcase onto a 20-30 scooter,
There is a half a pipe clamp you can get a lowes/home depot/ hardware store.
You save hundreds.
