Brandon Stone heard Diana for the first time when she was 16 and he immediately seek her out and started writing songs and music for her, he is an established composer and singer himself but his work with Diana just leveled him up, together they produced some of the best music i have ever heard.
This song in particular was written and composed by Brandon Stone for Diana and she sings it solo but for the new years eve of 2024 they sang this as a duet for that concert and it was Marvelous.
Of course we don't have to say anything about Diana's extreme vocals, if she wants she can literally bury everyone who sings with her but she is always harmonizing perfectly with all her duets to the point that she often prefers to take the second role and let other voices that are below hers to shine more, in this case of course Brandon as a mentor let her go lose and she went straight to space, Brandon could just not follow her up there.
Do Dune next, i you will see a completely different side of her, PURE POWER from start to finish, no wonder Hans Zimmer invited her to do this, it is mind glowingly powerful.

This is what haters who write that Diana has a rough, deep voice need to listen to.
I have never heard a more tender voice from any contemporary singer.
There are a lot of singers with high voices, but they are somehow shrill (harass the ear), or even worse - squeaky.
Diana can do anything, this is her uniqueness!

When the audio video came out, I wanted a duet between the two... and here they are: Diana and Brandon performed the song 'The Day When You...' at the main New Year's concert on December 17, 2023 at the MTC Live hall. I've never heard duet partners whose voices fit together as well as Diana and Brandon. The two voices sound incredibly good together... pure harmony... magic!
