How to Make Jewelry: Caged Bead

  • In this tuesday's tutorial; I'll be making a caged bead/stone which can somewhat look like a hot air balloon when you finish this tutorial.     Your creative ideas are always so inspiring. I love this! 😍 Would definitely be interested in seeing a full tutorial on the larger pendant as well. I make tiny painted stones, and small wood burned sticks into jewelry, so caging them in this way could be a fun thing to add into making them.

    Tanya, the silver ring on your finger is so beautiful! I have very big hands, hard to get sizes to fit me so if you made more rings that would be nice to see. I am Not good at weaving wire but practicing Love your work so much this was very beautiful 💕

      Yes, u definitely hammering tooo hard
      Try to just gently touch, and do more taps instead of few but hard
      And let me know what results u have
      I hope u r working with good quality wires too

    Also, did you use 18 gauge wires for the larger pendant's cage? I'm guessing 20 gauge might be too flimsy.

      i truly dont want to film same designs again... Pendant is created exactly same way, just with thicker wires and gemstone inside... I always receive tons of requests ...emails...comments...i simply cant catch up to film everything ...but i try my best, to give new ideas and new concepts
