overseas version, we didn't get that in the US

...I feel sometimes these runs have like at least One bit of 'slack' in a certain place, so that they can do another run and beat their own time again. =P

My guess is reducing lag, especially during level 5.
stealing life from p1 (for what you see at the end of stage7)
If you are holding an S weapon in the last stage, the last boss's HP is increased

Its TAS so it’s done frame by frame using an emulator. It’s not done by a person with a controller. I guess it’s implied that you can’t speed run it any faster than this time. Correct me if I am wrong
