I think The Scotland Channel has another video about the Scottish Saltire. I'm sure Scottish History Tours has a video on their TH-cam channel about St Andrew's Day too. The segment about the restaurant and the recipe was quite interesting - maybe a separate video about Scottish restaurants and recipes?
We are a new channel with more or less just me putting everything together. I do invite help for others and request interviews, but in the end, I have to go with what I can get although as time goes on and more people see the channel, more opportunities arise. We are also trialling quite a bit of new content and food shows is just one of them we are trialling and this seemed a good opportunity to see what the reaction is to that idea. Ultimately, the channel needs to be commercially self sustaining so having some commercial content added this way as a vehicle to showcase what we can do for other businesses who maybe interested in sponsoring a video is an important aspect for us, because if the channel is not commercially viable, ultimately it will disappear along with any chance of creating an alternative to British/English mainstream media.
