    Wow! I'm so happy that I found this video! I teach women to de-clutter their closets and create a seasonal capsule wardrobe. Lately I've also been addressing overconsumption and most of the points that you covered. Imagine that a whale could have died so that we could receive an Amazon package. Thanks for spreading consciousness of our out of control consumption. ❤❤❤❤❤

    Leafy greens you can wrap in a paper towel and store in a container, it will help them last longer.

    I needed to see this 😅 seeing my screen time for 1 day being 21 hours and 7 minutes was eye opening i lic couldn't believe it ive already cut down to 9 hours which is still a lot but it a million times better

      Does that mean you were getting 3 hours of sleep a day??
      Either way, 21 hrs to 9 hrs is a huge accomplishment!
