My biggest complaint with Suruga-ya is that the box was too big for what I ordered, and too much plastic wrap. I ordered a few photos and a photo album and the photos were wrapped in plastic together, the album wrapped in plastic, and then all the items wrapped in plastic and glued to the bottom of the box (like the games in this video). It seems a bit ridiculous and wasteful, especially in this day and age when we are aware of how much excess plastic there is in the world. But I am glad that all the items were in stock and came together.

I found a PreCure binder and some keychains on here, along with some Hetalia keychains and other merchandise that was difficult to find!
I’ve heard people say the English website doesn’t have that much but it has all the things I was looking for!
I bought some Go Princess PreCure keychains and hopefully they arrive in one piece!

I’m looking at this video right after buying an item from them. I order Tuesday and my item was shipped today. I even got the email. They have the option of ems 4:36 shipping now. Now just waiting. Trying this place after I used zenmark the first time so I want to see how this one goes.

$35 isn't bad. I'm still iffy and slowly going hard pass ssince they want to charge me highway robbery shipping of ¥16,224 for 3 small items (2 acrylic charms & a mini Shikishi board) of ¥2,950.
does the website list condition? Im interested in some games only if they are complete but I dont see anywhere that is says.

This may not be of help but when I ordered two things it was about $20 and $35 shipping. I tried ordering a few more things but shipping came out to $90, so I assume how much you order. You have to make an account to see shipping so yeah
@@LeSparkleChild lolyhanks and I did my first haul from them like a month ago and now they take EMS so it's not as bad they take EMS and dhl shipping in total was like 30 sum only because I got a lot of stuff

One thing you Im surprised you didnt at all talk about in this video is the tracking. Is there at all a way to track your order?? I ordered directly from surugaya's english site , using my credit card just like you, and it says my three orders were shipped, but i cant find a way to track the progress.

@@karlaalexa211 After having to download an app, Line, to communicate with them, yes. The service was thankfully very good and they replied quickly. They sent me the website on which I should track my parcels

@@longlivepeatmos Well after they gave me the tracking number I used Japan Post. Then once it reached the United States I used USPS

I used my credit card on the .com site (the .jp site is entirely different)

That's me. I saw one game that's half worth a price. I almost immediately want to buy it. I read carefully till I look at the bottom with the subtotal and fee that's higher amount than the item which find it very suspicious.

@@James-yz4cc I was attempting to buy a game that cost $25. However, they claim that I should when I add an item to my basket and am about to make a transaction and a subtotal appears at the bottom of my item with my actual price. And that cost $75, which I didn't understand. I therefore let it be.
@@FalconPUNCHXXX Are you talking about the "¥500/$3.75 shipping discount on orders over ¥1000/$74.95" box at the basket and checkout pages? Because I'm pretty sure that's not the actual subtotal.
EDIT: Yeah, it shows the actual total once you've confirmed your address and payment information. Hope this helps.
