People Do not have a problem, ALL OF THE SUDDEN, just because, someone comes in, too renovate their kitchen, and QUIT CLEANING, when They have kept a clean home, perhaps not every corner, and crease, but the general areas that They are readily accessible too clean! It’s CLEAR, He had no idea what he was DOING??? He should have had too reimburse, Their entire $3000!!! He was LYING, and making up stories, because He was incompetent, and even said, He did Not have a license, too Do the work He was hired too Do! He Got away with STEALING MONEY FROM THEM🤢☠️🥵😤
I didn’t see those pictures? I saw some photos after demolition began. But I don’t recall seeing any where are you can tell how clean/dirty the Home was. 🤷🏼♀️ I’ll try looking again to see if I missed something.

It looks like she had been touching them with dirty hands for the last 20 years. I can’t imagine with the counters looked like before he had to do work in there area. It was the blueprint that the original (hick) plumber The only work that he did that he was not allowed to do (by her own words) was move a door. A contractor essentially is the manager and he hires licensed professionals usually at a cut rate. (see how the plumber he asked was willing to do it for 1600 and the quote they received was 2600) which probably means the plumber quoted him it 1K through 1200) They can also purchase the materials and many times get a discount for being a contractor. even the plaintiffs themselves say that his contract was only for labor.
Even if I gave her that she’s taking eight trips they were all our rides. That’s like one tank of gas tops. That’s not $400. Even in my car that’s not that efficient. Even considering the extremely high prices of gas sets if she was totally given that without an amendment to the contract but I already know it’s going to happen Jerry just slams the hammer and whoever was the one to break the contract or screw over the other person gets paid.
