If her roommate shut off the bills , she could immediately have them put in her name ! Why can’t she put the bills in her name… she’s a broke single mom ?? But she has money to take her child on a trip/ vacation. ??? Like I said .. The plaintiff is emotionally , financially and mentally very , very immature.
