The whole lot of the landmass south of the equator would be safer than many places suggested here. Most of the countries in this geographical area are not aligned to potential protagonists of WW III. The landmass comprises vast areas that would be hard to destroy by any missiles. It's also quite far from where the potential theatre of war would be.
This is ridiculous, the top 10 safest places should be south of the equator not North. It's the north war and the north isn't concerned with South america, Africa or Australia. Australia would be the top Target south of the equator but it's very far down the list
You didn't mention Switzerland where they have fallout shelters & bunkers for every single citizen. Now there's a country who cares about its people.
