One thing I have to get across is that according to "governments" no one person citizen owns any land in Canada, all land is own by the CROWN, the MONARCH, now King Charles the head of Canada, he now officially owns all lands. When you by land, you are not actually being land, you are investing in the land which is aloud under the Crown Law, but you must pay fees in order to use the land that you have invented in through property taxes that is used also for various reasons around the land that you invested in.
