Contrary to the info in the video the issue log should be an output of the process 4.3 "Direct and Manage Project Work", therefore part of the Execution of a project according to Ricardo Vargas Process Flow. In the video it is stated that the issue log is part of 4.5 "Monitor and Control Project Work", therefore part of Monitoring & Controlling the project - could you expand on where it is located and what is (more?) correct? Thank you 🙂
Hi. If a change request is being initiated because either a defect was found during testing or if a requirement was missed in the scope, at what point does the issue log get updated? Does it get updated "after" the change request is created? Or is the issue log updated first and then the change request is created? Thanks
