I am at a point in life, where I find myself regretting living a good life, I was so depressed and angry with God, that I found myself in the Cathedral, and it was the feast of the sacred heart, and God gave me the grace of a sacranental confession and showed me his love, inspite of how broken I was.. I felt peace and happiness and I am grateful for God's love and his mercy upon my soul. I still dont know if I can get over the many disappointment I have received and prayers unanswered but I confident that God's love for me is real and that is enough for now.
Pray The Rosary Daily!! She will give you strength to Love Her Son. It will be life changing.
You are in my prayers. Eyes on Jesus! Many Saints had late conversions.
Everything is given by God, if your living a good life, god might be telling you to share the fruits of that life with others through almsgiving. Build those virtues.

Thank you so much, Father! This is the best and clearest explanation that I have ever heard on how to live the Sacred Heart Devotion! I often wondered what it was about. I sometimes run in to people who say to me they are devoted to the Sacred Heart. However, in my own stupidity, I never thought to ask them, what exactly does this mean, and not one of them ever explained it further. I’m wondering if they even know themselves. It seemed to me to be just another devotion without any effort on the devotee’s part. Thanks to your homily, I will now explain it to everyone I know and I will share this homily with them.
I have read different articles, but never fully understood them. Now, finally, I get it ! Wow! The light finally went on (fully). I already do many of the things you explained in your homily, but I see that I need to improve and many other areas, too.
Thank you again, dear Father for such a clear, concise explanation, which will now help me to not only love the Sacred Heart of Jesus, but more importantly, to LIVE the Sacred Heart devotion.
I’m so delighted to finally know & understand what I must do better in order to give back to Jesus my full love in reparation for all those who treat him with indifference and as, “A dead object.”

Because God by necessity is perfect.
In a way everything else is exterior to him.
This is why you shouldn't be arrogant when you are ignorant, you don't know if he speaked out of place.

It is how life on earth is, we get distracted by ordinary stuff every day and we need to constantly rededicate ourselves, even minute to minute, to focus on loving God
Stop speaking for god
Stop being obtuse
Did Jesus not ask the Apostles to do exactly that? God bless.
