    Hey guys! I'm excited about this video... BECAUSE after more than 10 months of being sick (about 10 months on bed rest), I have FINALLY started to heal again and feel healthy. I'm so excited!       I have Lyme disease so I know what you're going through. I'm still working a full time job so I'm exhausted all the time but your videos motivate me. I hope you're ok.

      What did your doctor recommend Diet wise to help get better? I've been having a weak immune system and have been sick with the flu, colds, etc the past month or so. I've been trying to find food and recipes to help me get better

      @@mayaestrada4220 if your question was addressed to me, i recommend staying away from sugar and yeast. And find out everything that puts your body in inflammation and avoid eating those foods. I had to get a $200 test to find out. This way, your body can focus on getting well. It took a year, antibiotics, and I still get flare ups, but I'm out of bed.

    Thank you for how much time and care you put into your videos. I’ve been confused for years between all the different ways of eating (paleo, hclf, raw vegan, keto, etc) and you’ve really simplified it while delivering super nourishing, simple meals that taste amazing! It seems that when someone isn’t vegan, they load every meal with animal products. I really appreciate that you have some, while also having tons of fresh produce. You’ve really changed my relationship to food and my body, and I can’t thank you enough. It also helps how personable and down to earth you are -some youtubers, it doesn’t matter how good their tips may be if their arrogance or craving for more subscribers overshadow everything else. Thank you for being you, and for everything that you generously create and share 💚🌷

    You are my first and the biggest motivation of starting to live a healthy life! It was because of your channel when I decided to cut the refined sugar out of my diet. And since then I live a healthy life, lose weight naturally. I'm 5'3 and 105 lbs! And everyone around me start to eat healthy thanks to me which means thanks to you! 💕 💕

    I srsly love your videos so much. They calm me down when I am really hurt or sad. I've been on my healthy journey for a few months now and often struggle with binging and starving. Your videos remind me that it is possible to live healthy and happy without those things even though it is so hard for me to get away from my anxieties about gaining weight or looking "fat".
    Even though I feel horrible it helps me to watch your content. My words are so random but thank you thank you.

    You can steam your veggies in the microwave if you just get a paper towel and wet it and place it over your veggie noodles inside the cup. that's honestly how I steam everything even kale using the microwave

      I made a chia pudding with lime juice, chia seeds, avocado,coconut cream, almond milk yogurt, and it was so amazing. Avo makes everything creamy.

    High quality meat and animal fat will help you get better and *much* less fiber! If you ate a couple of eggs on the side of your smoothie (which shouldn't have spinach because excess greens can cause kidney stones), had white rice and some chicken instead of beans in your salad bowl and had a nice, normal beef bolognese with real pasta, your body would really thank you! There's a lot of research about how essential meat and animal fats are (and how damaging excess fiber can be!) to being healthy 🐱

    Hey liezl! You look very tight (with good reason, you have been resting for a while). I’d advise that you do your stretches without shoes and socks. That way you can feel more grounded :). Try looking at boho beautiful or yoga with Adrienne they have all levels of yoga flows!
