    It took a while but finally my answer was responded with this video, thank you coach matt,i'll work on keeping the left arm inside and not back of the left leg in future training,i have qualifyings this weekend so i wont change my technique too much,again thank you and when i have more doubts i'll let you know

    That is what some coaches refer to as "wrapping" and is a little different than what I teach. I feel that left arm opening, closing, and opening again at the release causes too much turbulence and force in the opposite direction of where the rest of the body and discus ultimately want to go. Try mixing it up a little and see how it works for her. It may feel better and the throw might go farther. You never know until you try.

    @Lick4onionHD Shifting the weight between the left and right leg,when you start in the back of the circle and you start to turn,put all your weight on the left leg,of course you will have to move a little more to the let,then you drive with the right leg and do the pivot,put all the weight on the right pivot leg and you will see more balance,primalatc has a video about it.

    My daughter seems to open up the left arm in the beginning of the throw but as she lands to the power position it seems to be back into the right position like you describe. It's like she starts it early but it is corrected by the time she gets to the power position. Should this be corrected to have her left arm inside the left leg the whole time? You can see it in her latest video on my TH-cam channel.
