Good morning Jim and Stephanie. I haved really loved and appreciated this entire garden walk through series. I have learned so much on each individual plant. Thank you for taking the time to share this. 😊
I hope Jim will continue to show how he'll continue with pruning that hydrangea (by the shed). It's looking really good now. I was already watching around the time he started pruning it. I think I need to check them out again - I'm starting on my Limelight now too
Jim, really enjoyed this series of videos. I’ve got a question, what type of deer netting/fencing are you using? I’ve got rabbits that are making holes in my thinner variety of netting.
Zone 8a Milton FL, is there a short persitant crabapple tree that can survive in my area? We have heavy cardinal bird activity, does steph know if they will like the berries?
How do I know what not to plant near my edibles? Is there a website to reference of what plants are toxic and shouldn’t be mixed with fruits / veggies?
Hi Jim and Steph. I’m in Northeast Ohio. We are starting to see spotted lantern fly. You’ve mentioned before you would rather not use pesticides and such, but in researching, I’ve read they can be very destructive to plant material and should be destroyed if found. Do you agree, and if so, how would you go about controlling if not with pesticides?
Hi Jim. I’m dealing with some Flea Beetles (Argopistes) on my Sunshine Ligustrum. From my research it looks like a Japanese species Tsekooni Chen. Other than diatomaceous earth and nematodes, which is the best organic to try and attack them?
I still marvel at all the knowledge in your head, Jim. My stars.
