Thank you! All I needed to see was what to do in order to use the bag! Instructions don't say the mulching insert is installed and you need to remove it. Done!
I bought and returned this mower a few days ago because I could not lower the handle to my waist. Following the “1 or 2, arrow” instructions, the handle sat at my collarbone. Yours was the 3rd video I watched on the MM2000. Thank you for addressing this issue. B&D really screwed up with this “improvement”. I have an old MM875 which I guess I’m going to be fixing up until all the parts are discontinued.
I just finally killed mine. I loved it. The new model does not have those quick flip things. It also does not have the mulching plug. I definitely like this older model better.
It would be nice having a lighter mower, but impossible with a stretch of 3 acres. True, it would be only an acre and a half with the house in the middle
Tough with a lot of obstacles, as well. They do best in large open areas. We use the corded mower for the yard area, and the cordless for around the edges and farther away areas.

Glad I could help!

Yes, that is unfortunate. I have gotten used to mine, but it isn't at collarbone level for me.
Very useful information. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!

Sorry to hear about your mower. I really like the flip handle concept.
In europe it's 2000watts and a bit smaller blade. Personally i like it and for taller people it's a nice mower. 👌
I like it too. I have gotten used to the handle height
Good video, lots of information!
Thank you! I am glad you liked it.
I wish you would’ve shown how to attach the bag
