Gluing this fender on was a TOUGH job! Nevertheless, I got it on and it fit in place pretty dang well! The 3D printed spacers did an amazing job!

Just finished mine! Thanks for your vids. Not the worst job, but definitely something you need to pay attention with. My final alignment is a bang on match with the factory side, 100% sure the local body shops would've botched it. I used the same panel adhesive you recommended, went through about a half tube. I used the old glue strips as spacers and used an old PVC pipe, cut to match the profile of the wheelhouse and braced against a wall to hold it in place while it dried.

Brilliant coming up with those spacers. I wish the body shop who did mine used such a precise system. Kudos!

So are the spacers for sale yet? Would the be the same for passenger side?
Hey! Sorry just got to seeing your question! I had to do some adjustment to a few of the spacer widths. They should be up for sale in the next week or so. Super swamped with my day job right now. Passenger side should be the same, but that is just an educated guess. Assuming the car is symmetrical, it would make sense that driver and passenger side are the same. Would you want actually 3D printed parts or do you just need the build files?

Got it. Working on printing them now. I created a instruction guide, then I’ll create the Etsy store listing where you can buy them. Bear with me, this will be my first time trying to ship a physical item from an Etsy order. So you’ll essentially be my first 3D printed part customer!
I’ll get them up on Etsy and finished printing by the end of the week if all goes as planned.
