  • Spiral Force here!
I've visited this place ever since my youth, but I never would have imagine the RRB would be a part of this amazing event! Every year they host their annual "Spring Meet," but this event marks 60 years of LA Live Steam Railroading!!
Enjoy the footage caught by myself and Steam Tank with few narrations from The Founders.
Special thanks to Andy and Scott for making this possible to visit and a hello to a fellow Railroad Brony: DGaribalde!!

Looking for a cool shortline in SoCal? Visit Santa Maria, CA, home of one of the last privately owned freight shortlines! Motive power is a blast from the past, using museum quality equipment; two, count 'em TWO GE 70-tonners, an ex-Milwaukee GP9, and a lease unit like no other, ex-ATSF GP7u with ORIGINAL paint scheme!

Most pf the engines are wonderful, but I object to seeing adult males playing at railroading.

Walt Disney used to Run trains as such as these up until he passed away and he was also a member of LALS .
Disneyland wouldn't exist without Walt's love of Trains and wanting to share that with others.
