With the neighborhood about 80% sold already at this point, they plan to pour slabs on the first homes in the next month or two. Both Dream Finders and Craft are filling in the last remaining lots with "spec" homes where they decide what will be built on those lots, for efficiency in the build of that street. Time to get in... before you can't

Yes I have the blueprint for the community pool- it sits on the east side of the main pond/lake with the pool being a rectangle facing the water, it has a cabana with bathrooms and fenced all around with bushes. there is also a playground structure on the triangle park. The nearby school k-8 will have a 13 acre park next to it by the rotary and the town center LNPC is within 5-8 minutes drive up luminary blvd for one of the best Gyms you'll ever experience

They've already sold quite a few lots, pre-sale. Roads are coming in the next few months. craft homes will have all new floor plans with front garages. @@motheringinchaos Yes 32827 City of orlando, OCPS the new k-8 school on luminary blvd is expected to be completed 2024-2026 and LNHS zoned as well.
Where are the models located??
Thats the funny part- they've sold half the neighborhood and the models haven't been built yet :) gotta be quick and envision this one.
