Join us in Leidschendam, just in time to hear the pretty church bells, as the Brugwachter opens and closes the cute bridges along the canal to let the evening boaters mosey on along.
Enjoy the gezellig, cosy atmosphere of the typically Dutch terraces along the waterside as we approach the neo-gothic style Petrus en Pauluskerk from 1880. Then feel the evening breeze on your face as we stroll along the picturesque Vliet canal to the fabulous sawmill, De Salamander, from 1777.

Thank you for posting this! I was here four years ago for a study abroad program in law school. The first day, some classmates and I had lunch in this area, and took many pictures by the bridge. I was feeling nostalgic, and Google Maps didn't offer much.
