The only reason why racism still exists is because we keep getting hammered by the government reminding people that weren't even born under apartheid that a "section" of the South Africans managed to gain power and commit atrocities. We all know it was bad, but it was a specific group of people who perpetuated it. Even English speaking South Africans had less opportunities, the law was usually more supportive of Afrikaans speakers. I worked as a groundsman and janitor for a year (2011 to 2012) and loved the people I worked with, Sheila, was an elderly woman with a great sense of humour, and the other girl Noxolo actually wanted to date me, but thought I probably preferred Asian girls. I had no issues with race because we never brought it up.
I like that positive input towards this challenging act of unjustified hatred by a certain group. It is true lots of other nationalities were oppressed and truth is, some are still oppressed. Thus we let's all find a way in which 's can all agree upon and deal with this epidemic.
This ironic. Saying "racism is bad" by saying something very racist. HA!

Tshepo Monama I find it hard to believe that you read my comment: we have bad new law, and bad new institutions. These must go - immediately. You want others to change, but you are not trying to change the very wrong things you can control. You are part of the problem. Actually, you are the complete problem. Racism is not a difficult subject at all. If you want to restart wars that ended years ago, then you are bloody minded, and unfit for doing good. Are you sure you want to be frank?
