Not to mention his age reincarnation would mean you would half to reset every past thing that you had in this case bill was born as the collector and was recently because that appears as to why the collector is only 10 or 8 maybe younger. Now for another statement the collector and bill when they first appeared did not have physical forms up until major events for bill the rift being broken fusing a dimension with another dimension. For the collector being freed from a tablet like the rift shattered like glass and let the collectors uncomprehendable powers of the dimension he came from into the boiling ilse. I'd also like to point out as much for his young age he is gifted with knowledge of great power much like bill knows all secrets and powers hidden away from the 3rd dimension the collector dose as well that's how Philip (belos) became one of the strongest witches alive. The collector also dose have a similar format to how both bill and him make deals in order to share there information or fulfill the summoners desire collector makes pinky promises its basicly a childish version of a deal a promise bill hand shakes a very similar format a deal. I would also like to point out the design of the collector and bill the collector has yellow eyes a specific trait to characters show how they are possessed by bill maybe this trait came from his past and sticked with him during reincarnation. There most of this is that they both have ungodly power when given a physical form they gain super strength,telekinesis,the ability to fly and they can both mold reality to what they want it to be and then they also rule over the dimension they are freed from. If the collector is bill I feel he doesn't know he was and isn't actually evil just confused and lost just began his journey maybe its more of a redemption arc fragments of bill's past supposed to make up for the crime he did when he was bill king being the one to redeem himself and find out that conquering isn't all apart of life and learning it's wrong to destroy and enjoy what the beauty of the universe is instead of liberating it. Collector being the reckless and powerful part king still has to conquer to be redeemed it would explain king and collectors connection and once they both have been redeemed his arc can be complete well that's my long tangent of a theroy hope it makes ya think about more of a possibility and help a little

Let's start with the obvious, earth and mewni were merged into one in the last episode of star (which by the way is an extremely lazy way to ignore the issue of dimensional scissors being powerless) and the entire connection theory is that earth in all 3 shows is the exact same place. Speaking of which in the very last episode of star ALL magic in the entire multiverse was destroyed (which by the way implies there being one solution to all mewnis problems), we literally see magical creatures disappearing (just because the high commission was fine with that doesn't mean all magical creatures were so that's genocide) and all 3 of those shows tend to feature magic and magical creatures quite heavily there's absolutely no way they can be related. I've seen other people say that there might be other sources of magic but no, it literally says in the show that ALL magic originates, comes from and is powered by this dimension and destroying it would wipe out all magic in the ENTIRE multiverse
