What MRI sequence do you use to delineate ?

T1 + Gad for tumours away from the skull base, for the skull base meningiomas ask for T1+Gad with fat suppression to suppress the bone marrow signal which will make the tumour clear for you, best to be 1mm or 2mm MRI and all MRI machine should have regular quality assurance by physics team to correct for artefact
