How different would the CTV be if the lesion is supra-glottic?

Dear Doctor Dyspnea (if it is your true name) same concept apply for the primary, GTV plus 1cm margin exclude thyroid cartilage for T1 and include for other stages will take full dose (as I mentioned in my video i have some concerns about excluding strap muscles in case the thyroid cartilage showing early infiltration. If you are using the usual common/old school you can include the rest of the larynx in the intermediate dose including all potential sites for tumour extension e.g. vallecula, base of tongue.....etc.
if you are from the new school you will stop at the GTV plus 1cm (which we didn't adopt yet).
Fundamental difference in supraglottic larynx that lymph nodes will be included in your CTV even in early stages.
      hoping this clarify things better.

Sorry for the delayed reply, most of our patients now are treated with VMAT, but you can use any techniques as the concept is the same.
see this paper you will find very important references that you can use in the post-operative setting DOI: 10.1016/j.oraloncology.2018.08.011
