    شكراً جزيلاً د/مصطفى .. عندي سؤال بخصوص ال VMAT .. هل هو مفضل في علاج ال larynx ؟

      I think there is two sides for the question, if you are talking about locally advanced and there is a need for lymph node irradiation then IMRT/VMAT is better, if you are talking about T1 i would be a bit careful specially that i know the setup back home, there is some concerned about being very localised and tight may end up by a miss in a curable disease, if all precaution is to be taken then you may have the benefit of sparing pharyngeal muscles and carotids. which still you can do it with simpler technique. to cut it short for our patients home be careful.
