It probably shouldn’t be weekly. The value gets diluted when you have a forced cadence like a weekly podcast.

Prefer every other week as well - allows for enough stuff happening, and opportunity to go deeper. All In Pod for instance coudl probably benefit from every other week.

Sunny is a very good addition to the team (hopefully it is permanent). With all due respect to BG2 since they haven't personally built anything significant, they don't have an entrepreneur's perspective like Sunny does. As a successful entrepreneur myself, I like what Sunny provides to this discussion.

Do current models allow for different 'urgency' to return a result? I may want most search results instantly, but if I can prompt to...'Take some time, triple check your work, include footnotes, and cite sources; I'll review your results and provide feedback in an hour...' that could be more productive for me, compared to immediate results with lots of follow up interaction needed from me, to get to what I need.

I think the next GPT is going to be a more efficient GPT4 with lots of small specialized models. Trying to stuff everything into one model doesnt make much sense. It makes more sense to have lots of specialized models with an agent system working with those models.

Imo spending that much on cap x will ultimately prove fruitless, but will serve to thwart other potential threats to current business models, there wading into a field on what will become a series of diminishing returns in-terms of capturable market space, I feel like they are doing the heavy lifting here for the next gen of a.i companies while thwarting the current apparatus just as it takes form.

I think they're overestimating the potential of open-sourced models like LLama 3 in the Enterprise space. These open models don't provide some of the critical features important to F500 companies like security, control, legal/IP protection, etc.. Let alone the enormous overhead costs of maintaining an open model.

Great content, love learning from the masters! But your faces are too dark (exposure) and red (white balance) relative to backgrounds; consider your team putting up a large strong pendant light over the conf table, or if such exists and isn't fixing it, a chandelier of baffled softboxes aimed at each side of the table (most appealing result, but most unusual-looking apparatus). At min, post-process the footage with Premiere's Lumetri Color (or comparable). Lighting is an underrated investment - will make much better content from this conf.rm., and people in it will enjoy looking good to one another!
