Chernobylite was crazy to me, i expected more indy feel, something a little... Bare bones, somewhere between indy horror games, maybe the first stalker, but it was... Rounded. Rich features, easy to use menus, not that feeling of looking into the inner workings, many indy projects and early open world titles have (well and bethesda games) Felt like a triple a title from ten years ago. Which is a compliment
in 7 days to die the trader "Doctor Jenny" sometimes says the line "i've never heard of a stimpak" or something along the lines of that it's pretty cool

I've been playing Fallout New Vegas again, and it's bloody brilliant. One of the most memorable experiences for me is when I got to Nipton and encountered the legion for the first time. In the game Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous once you begin Act V you can get the quest A Refuge From the Present where you try to help the dwellers of Mineshaft 14 to fix their water supply ending the dungeon in a forced turn-based combat encounter.
Also, way back in Act I, you can have a historical debate with an NPC tied to that quest. One of the arguments you can use boils down to "war never changes."
I was surprised to find a straight-up Fallout vault in a fantasy game. Mineshaft 14's vault door even looks like a vault-tec one and opens with the same sound/animation as the older Fallout games. The mine dwellers even dress in blue outfits.

The Surviving Mars water chip reference goes even deeper. Because Vault 13 should have tons of spare water chips, but they were accidentally shipped to Vault 8 instead.

While playing the game Encased I took an elevator that led me to this place that had the exact same layout as the living quarters in Vault 13. The gameplay itself is obviously inspired by Fallout, but still, it's a nice reference to the first game.

Not really a reference to fallout. Those screens actually existed in real life back in the 50's. They used them when they where running tests or having technical difficulties. Fallout used them because the who fallout franchise is one big 1950's callback.

When it comes to Fallout References in Other Games, one game that must be mentioned is Arcanum! Vendigroth Wastes looking like a Fallout world (desert as far as eye can see with underground ruins). School of magic Tulla located there, water magic master has a quest where they sent young mage to find water gem but after he returned all changed by the outside world he must be convinced by PC to leave (If convinced he can give various technological items). In underground Vendigroth ruins we can find barrels with radioactive sign. Arcanum was Troika game :P

there is a game called "arcanum: of steamworks and magick obscura" which has a couple of references to fallout, 1) a two headed cow in a museum and dogmeat makes an appearence i believe.
It was made by troika games, aka the same head leads that made fallout in the first place!

There is also a reference in high on life, in the beginning of the game on the way to one of the quests there is a kid that asks you to shoot him, if you do, he dies and you get an achievement called this isn’t fallout

Not a game, but in Futurama there's an episode where they mention people in the sewer worshipping an unexploded atomic bomb.
That's actually a reference to one of the original Planet of the Apes movies. They had built a whole civilization around worshipping a nuke that hadn't been launched during that world's war.
While playing the game Encased I took an elevator that led me to this place that had the exact same layout as the living quarters in Vault 13. The gameplay itself is obviously inspired by Fallout, but still, it's a nice reference to the first game.
In Grounded, made by Obsidian entertainment (creators of Fallout: New Vegas) There is a mutation (Perk) called Mantsterious Stranger. Which is a clear reference to the mysterious stranger perk in fallout. Works in a similar fashion too.
I know that in Borderlands: The Pre Sequel, there's a unique OZ Kit called "3DD1.E". Referencing to ED-E.
RAGE also has a Vault Boy Bobblehead collectible. It's one of the games made by Bethesda and ID.
I believe there's a companion quest for Jess Black in Farcry 5 that references Cook Cook from New Vegas.

That Mr. Handy voice reminds me so much of the computer voice from Courage the cowardly dog just not as sarcastic, and he's not saying "you twit" at the end of his explanations.

I've been playing FNV for a little bit and its pretty cool for how details it hides for a 13 year old game, but one thing I've found is that on Allen marks rare laser gun Pew Pew has a little writings saying "had it coming " making sense of how he murdered a bunch of people for some blue star caps
one of my favorite references is in titanfall 2, where you can have a banner named "vault dweller" with a big yellow and blue vault door
In Borderlands 3 you can find old TV screens with the "please stand by" screen on them. One can be found in the first area in the game after defeating shiv.
Not really a reference to fallout. Those screens actually existed in real life back in the 50's. They used them when they where running tests or having technical difficulties. Fallout used them because the who fallout franchise is one big 1950's callback.

In Battlefield 1, there is a Winchester M1895 skin that is called "Desert Dweller", which i think is a reference to Fallout New Vegas due to the amount of lever action guns in the game

When it comes to Fallout References in Other Games, one game that must be mentioned is Arcanum!
Vendigroth Wastes looking like a Fallout world (desert as far as eye can see with underground ruins). School of magic Tulla located there, water magic master has a quest where they sent young mage to find water gem but after he returned all changed by the outside world he must be convinced by PC to leave (If convinced he can give various technological items). In underground Vendigroth ruins we can find barrels with radioactive sign.
Arcanum was Troika game :P
Don't forget about the Brahmin you can find at the Museum or whatever that is in Tarant

One reference I loved is in High on Life, when you are forced to shoot an alien child, the achievement - fallout doesnt let you do this pops up !
In the game 60 Seconds, the player can have an event happen where a man in a blue jump suit shows up on your bunker door asking for a water chip. The player is confused and gets the option to give the wanderer some water bottles.

In Red Dead Redemption 2 are I think 2 fo4 references. One is a shack in New Austin that blows up when you ride too close to it like the moonshiner shack near gunners plaza. Second one is mama Murphys chair which you can find in the cave at beaver hollow
In S.T.A.L.K.ER call of pripyat there is a dead guy in a cave named miron wich is probaly a refrence to a fallout 2 companion myron

I’m actually at the tail end of the second to last chapter of nightmare difficulty or hard or whichever comes before you get Akumu? Beating Stefan on Hard took me so many tries…. And it wasn’t even like he was really that much harder, it was like it was because sometimes he would be right in front of me and a shotgun blast would miss his face completely?!!? Either way, I really love the Evil Within Gems also!
I remember at the time the first came out it kind of reminding me of what having some of the same developers from resident evil and silent hill making a game would be like? Having stealth mode and it made it so awesome, just so awesome!
