Early in 2016, I was able to get the 2013 Bred 1 release and in January of 2017, I was able to get them for a great price. Didn't wanna pay resell or close to it unless it was $300 or less.

I'm super late with this lml but I definitely have to agree with you on the midsole and sole portion of newer 1s even if you pick up your feet they get drag after the first 5 wears Nike and JB really need to come up with a plan to make the soles more durable on 1s same with 3s as well

Thanks but its really the same, just different years, materials etc. Color coding still the same.
The reason why the soles on the older pairs are "tough" is simply because their old.

As overrated as they are. It's a thing of beauty to see all of those 1's in one place lol.

I don’t think the Bred 1s are overrated. Maybe the hypebeasts made them overrated. But, I have the 2016 pair, and the reason why I say they’re not overrated is because they age very well, they look good brand new or beat up, and the simple color blocking makes them very easy to pair with anything (but are still flashy and just pops). And, Jordan 1s are very durable, the midsole and outsole don’t crumble and separate. They’re just tanks.
