    *1.0 tires are scramblers, not patagonias. Brain went *poof when I was writing the script, still new to doing this!
    Link to a crazy MOA crawler with the style of weight hangers in the wheels I keep referencing - • 2.2MOA Crawler - 强爬W3从...

    bummed there arent more videos. I liked the concepts and ideas approach to things to and the podcasty style of this. So much new gear constantly coming out. cutting, rearranging. Good to hear different perspectives, some concepts/principles are just truth

      @@meegssan5716 hey thanks for the encouraging comment. i recently moved to an area without as many convenient crawling spots unfortunately (farther from the coast, basically), but i just got my car back so some trips to local parks are in order! hopefully some new vids are coming soon. ✌🏼

    Great to see someone talk about the technical aspect of driving instead of another video about new parts and trucks! I got into micro crawlers to see what kind of crazy lines and obstacles I could get past. I’ve limited myself to 3 builds all have very different capabilities and personalities so it’s interesting having to take different approaches to the same challenges. Looking forward to seeing more great crawling footage for you ✊

    Keep this style of video going. This is the second one I’ve watched and I’m really digging the footage and chat 👍
    Also the c10 in the woods video was great. It inspired me to keep mine. I was just about to throw in the towel on it.

    This is the most incredible footage I have ever seen on YT It's best by far

    Agreed. I think that's the best way to go. I enjoy spending a lot of time on one crawler and gradually bring it to best performance.

    5:10 Same here. I have spent an insane amount on 1/24 crawlers. And still havent sth. really cool because i start 5 builds at once, then don't have time to tune and finish them but still buy more stuff. And yes, guitars, amps, pedals, music cds.

    Another solid vid man! Keep up the good work. Would be cool to see a little breakdown vid of the rig just to hear your thoughts on how you enjoy setting it up and how you've got the battery. Haven't seen link mounted battery's until now. 👌

    Another awesome vid man
    As a guitar player i know exactly what your talking about the treadmill lol (15+ BC Rich's later)
    I also really like the idea of gearing the channel towards concepts as opposed to gear
    I thing the TH-cam RC space is really gear centric
    Keep doing what your doing bro
    I think you have a big future here and Im looking forward to seeing it

    As a 10 yr noob to the rc world, I started late I am 56 years old but a kid at heart... lol I have acquired a mass collection of rc stuff from planes to helicopters and cars. But I must say the one (scale) that is the most fun is the 1/24 less space required but a ton of fun. It is awesome to see the crawler world finally catching up with the 1/10 scale. I love your rig sir what a great build this is. This is what I want to build next. Seeing this video makes me want to build it more. Thanks for the content and sharing

      Thanks, appreciate the comment! I love the 1/24 scale stuff, I put my crawler in my backpack and go out for hikes/walks/bicycle rides all the time, it's super easy to have on hand a lot of the time! Good luck and have fun!
      BTW if you order an Akers chassis I'd suggest getting his links too (they double as a battery tray) and if you're gonna use a brushless motor make sure you get one of his motor mounts because the typical SCX24 transmission makes the motor casing touch the front links. Learned all this the hard way haha. Peace!

    Have you compared apples to apples, so to speak? I'd like to see pin tires on 1.0 beadlocks vs pin tires on the tarantula wheels.

    Great video. Are you running a micro BEC? I have jittering on my dual steer scx24

    • @NatFreeman666
      @NatFreeman666  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Naw not yet, I've avoided upgrading to the BEC-dependent servos partly because I don't wanna cram even more stuff into that chassis! It was hard enough to fit my ESC and receiver in there. Thanks for the comment!

    • @DrBritt-sp9ve
      @DrBritt-sp9ve ปีที่แล้ว

      Which transmitter are you running? I had jittering issues with the v1 stock electronics. I also had a RadioLink TX that had water damage and would stutter.

    So given the same tire, which would you say gives the rig more traction overall, 1.8s or 1.0s?
