I love how you embrace the imperfections in a piece and then magically transform them into beauty. There was a time when I would not have bought a mirror with mottling in it but now I enjoy up cycling the frame and allowing the mottled mirror to tell its story of time. I also absolutely look forward to all the tips and secrets you share on how to diy a project with very little cost. I appreciate that you don’t throw stuff away but store it till you have a purpose for it. Sadly we live in a throwaway world. Here in Canada I see so many lovely pieces of furniture in our garbage dumps that just needed a little love and a new eye with some elbow grease to bring back new meaning and purpose to their use. Fortunately, because of finding your site I have been able to rescue a few pieces and give them new life. Thank you for being a waste not girl. Give Bertie a hug from me that comes all the way from Alberta, Canada. He always brings a smile to my face and heart and allows us to see glimpses of your caring nature. I was just telling a friend I do the same thing. Dream about the next days project. Last night it was to reorganize a bin to put my garden tools, and others to keep everything organized in an outdoor spot. Only thing is then I feel like I've done project twice, once in dream and one next day.

How many mirrors do I have? well you asked Tracey, so here goes. I have approximately 24 throughout my house not including bathroom mirrors of course, but what I have which is a huge question mark for my friends is a wall to wall, floor to ceiling bank of mirror in my living room. Yes, it's stuck in the 90's, but I refuse to remove them. We downsized our home 10 yrs ago and now we live in a retirement resort. Our little home is still 2500 sq ft with 2 beds and 2 baths, but we have 4 living spaces aside from the kitchen and our outside patios/lanais. We live in FL so we have to have several living spaces. I find the large wall of mirrors makes my living room look bigger and much more airer, so I won't be removing them anytime soon. Ha!! Love your hardworking and creative vibes...your videos are always so entertaining. Smooches for Bertie. 😘
