Hello Ms.Tracey! I LOOOOVE YOUR DIYS! PLEASE, CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT KIND OF WOOD FLOORS ARE THROUGHOUT YOUR HOME? THEY ARE SOOOO BEAUTIFUL! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WITH THOSE WOOD FLOORS B4, ARE THEY A DIY AS WELL? YOU ARE AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! TY SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR SPECIAL TALENT WITH US!❤
Tracey, you’re so beautiful ❤️ I actually get a bit excited when it’s coming up to Sunday, your house is perfect and the gardens too, love to see it xxx
Tracy, I love, love, love all the decor ideas! Some of the projects you showed I saw you do before, but I still enjoyed seeing them again! Take care, and thank you for the inspiration!
Im in the process of doing a chunky 70’s loose cushion loveseat for an outdoor screen porch. I sanded off the varnish. It was on the porch for years. Between Mother Nature’s magic and watery touches of DIY brand (Debi’s Design Diary) chalk paint it’s looking like a time weathered settee. I found some solid colored stretch cushion covers so I can wash them easily. I’m so excited to use it! I love all of your projects. Thank you for sharing your projects, your home and Bertie with us! 😉
I used your stone effect on a large plastic horse. It came out amazing! I've been wanting a medium sized horse statue but couldn't seem to find one thrifting - when I came across the perfectly sized plastic one I immediately thought of your stone effect! Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks.... Blessings!!
I have been doing the stone technique with joint compound, spices, etc. on vases and urns I get at thrift stores and I LOVE it. It's fun and I love the look. I also loved the lamps you did and the light bulbs too. I tore the fabric off the lamp shade frame and love that look also. I love your idea of painting the faux garlands. Never thought of doing that. I love everything you do, Tracey. Thanks.
Your house il so lovely, I'm so happy that you shared your table and especially chair makeovers. I'm in France and I can't find such pretty chairs here. I'm having trouble finding an old table with molded legs like yours. In any case I admire you, you are a true source of inspiration. THANKS
thank you for all of the diys. for some of them it was a trip down memory lane and a lovely reminder to get myself charged for some changes. we had some snow flurries yesterday, so it's hard sometimes. ❤
Tracy what a bumper full of gems. I've seen quite a few of them, but always happy to watch them again. I wanted to watch your faux stone technique again anyway, so I've ticked that off my list. But I must say , I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this video, especially liked the re-vamp of your dining tables and chairs, they were lovely before you started, and gorgeous after you'd finished, you make everything look so easy and I know that's not true, you are just very good at what you do, in fact I'd go farther and say you are excellent at what you do. Don't leave it too long, can't wait to see what you do next. Give Bertie a big hug from me 🐾. 🥰🐾🐾💖
Thanks Shuna!! Yes the compilations are always of past projects that have been in other videos, people like to have them in an easy to get to format. Delighted you enjoyed the video lovely😊🤗♥️
Tracy love your work …your house looks like a store!! ❤ Can you please go through different finishes on different woods. Love the lacquer tips. Can you do more on staining and such. ❤
Welcome back Tracy❣️ Hope you’re on the road to strengthen your body with good health.. it’s clear to all that you put a whole lot of work to bring these videos to all of us. Blessings Q: how is it that you can paint inside your house? It’s amazing.. I’m a messy painter.. have to wear old clothes and an apron..paint dots and splatters everywhere 😳 haha I try but can’t help it.. how you do it!? You are a classy beautiful painter ❤
Thanks for another great video........such neat ideas to try....my favorite is the stone effect. I must try another one.....and add the coir to the top and change the bulb. What a neat look. I have several of those ink bottles....loving the moss covered balls....so original......have a great weekend.. Your friend in Virginia.
Tracy, your creativity and artistry just gets better all the time. I look forward to every one of your great videos. Of course, Bertie is my favorite part. 💕💕Thank you so much for sharing with us. I especially love your stone technique Pure genius!
Someone called you an artist. That is so true. Having vision is an art. Being able to see what could be ,from what is , is a gift. I have always been that way too. I can imagine an object in a different way ,within a moment of spying it. Its a brain thing. You are fearless in your projects, and it is definitely inspiring to the rest of us. Have a happy day Tracey!
I enjoyed watching all the great ideas , some of them reminded me of so many projects I have in the back of my mind. So hopefully I will get them done this spring. Thank you for sharing your experience and your skills ❤❤❤
Love your channel. I have learned so much. I just picked up a solid oak, orangie yellowie coffee table. I'm going to try the Easy Off and using it outside. It's huge and so sturdy only for $30 (hi Bertie! all the way from CA). Wish me luck.
Tracey, you really knocked it out the park with this video. I absolutely loved all your projects. I will be attempting your stone technique on some large plastic urn type pots this afternoon. Thank you for the inspiration and for all you do! Hugs from Arizona!
@@RuralRefurb It went great and you were so right about the process being addicting. I used soil, Italian herbs , paprika and I especially liked the way the parsley flakes looked on my small topiary pots. I would share pictures but I don’t see a way to do so here. Now Im on the hunt for more items to transform. Looks like you’ve bitten me with the creative bug. Cheers!
Your very last DIY was my favorite. The walking canes are wonderful. Everything you do inspire me. Wish we lived closer to each others so we could do some projects together. Love everything you do. From : Urbandale Iowa.❤️💕❤️
Hi Tracy! Watching this episode again on this chilly rainy Georgia morning! Thought I’d tell you that I’ve found your wooden fruit bowl on Facebook marketplace for $145.00!!!😮 it’s almost identical to yours. But as you’d say- it’s well over my price point! 😂 you find such fabulous deals! I’m living vicariously through your shopping 🛍️ experience. Thank you for sharing. Have a wonderful day.❤ Vickie
Tracey, what a wonderful episode! I do so love your beautiful home and the surrounding property as I watch you gather your nature’s bounty to decorate with. Thanks so much for allowing us to admire your talents and possibly pick up a few tips we can use in our own homes.
LOVE this compilation of some of my fave upcycled projects from this inimitable content creator! With her easy to follow instruction and unique techiniques, TRACY gives anyone the confidence to take their own vintage, thrifted or found items and turn them into high-style design. AND getting a quick peek at super-adorbs BERTIE, well that's just a bonus! Thank you TRACY!
Love the video today Tracy! All your decor ideas are so stunning, but I am trying to decide the best technique to distress an antique dark wood lawyers bookshelf into a white distressed finish. You have certainly inspired me to try some different techniques, but I don't want to mess this up. Any thoughts, as your wood projects all look like lighter wood.! Thanks so much for sharing your talent!
Ooooh that really depends on the wood type as you can easily get bleed through so best to have a play around on the back first and try some different techniques Joyce😊
Yey, Tracy again! Love each and every makeover ❤. Next, you should do a canvas with your stone technique! What do you think? Have a beautiful Sunday! ❤❤❤

I just came across your channel a few days ago. You have the magic touch and an eye for seeing beautiful possibilities in discarded things. Loving watching (binge watching) your videos. Thank you for sharing.
I watch you all the time. You’re always changing the color of this or that. You have the neatest ideas. I think the wood bowl is my favorite today. I just love the way you can take a little dirt a few herbs and change the whole look of something. All your ideas are beautiful. Thank you for sharing with us in Oklahoma USA.❤️❤️❤️
New ideas that seem quick and very transformative are the turning the golf balls into moss balls and using the oven cleaner on the natural wooden bowl.
Hello! I’m a Californian woman currently living in a country house in the coastal area in Chile (very south of South America). I really love your still and I have already done a couple of projects of your technique with plaster to cover vases, now would like to know exactly how did you dried the pumpkins, please explain step by step. I will appreciate it
@@lilirobbins4669 yes it would depend how long you were happy to leave your oven on for as they really took a lot of drying out despite being so small. If I find another way of doing it I will let you know😊
Tracy and Bertie I have watched the video twice I can get enough I love love everything you do I can’t pick one thing you are truly amazingly talented thank yo for sharing your home and your ideas ❤️🇨🇦😊
I have just discovered your channel. I have decided you must immediately move to Queensland Australia and come and live with me please. I might need to put a for sale sign out the front of my modern city house and go and find a cottage on a farm somewhere...... LOVE everything you do. i want to change my whole house now. I love how you can look at something and pull it apart, turn it upside down, sand it, paint it and it becomes something completely different. Amazing.
I simply would not be bold enough to add things like dirt and all to completely change something so much! Guess that why I’m not a designer! 🤭 Loved that tray with the brass corners especially!
Love your gorgeous home!! Your style or home decor is beautiful! Love all your projects, the stone effect with the herbs are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your technique, I’m going to have to try it❤

@@lilirobbins4669 yes it would depend how long you were happy to leave your oven on for as they really took a lot of drying out despite being so small. If I find another way of doing it I will let you know😊
I love your decor and the way you decorate.
Thank you so much!♥️
They’re all different in a different way. But loved the ideals.

Amazing.
😂 love that!! Welcome to the channel🙌🏼 delighted to have you here!🤗
As usual, I 🤎 everything!
You are so kind!🙏🏼😊
I simply would not be bold enough to add things like dirt and all to completely change something so much! Guess that why I’m not a designer! 🤭

How does someone clean the wax brush? Love all your projects.
Warm water and washing up liquid / dish soap😊
On your kitchen table project, was it previously lacquered? And the Annie Sloan chalk paint was painted over it?
It was finished in a satinwood and yes the AS chalk paint went straight over with no sanding or priming needed😊
