I had this problem two times and I’ve solved it two different ways now. The first time was a complete random green screen while I was afk but still could see my screen. I changed my tv picture settings( RESET THEM/CHANGE TO DYNAMIC) and then the second time I realized I couldn’t hear anything but background noise on my movies and when I reset it turns green. I unplugged the Xbox and tv for 1 min and it went back to normal for the green screen and audio
I thought Sony were bad, Jesus! 3 hours of owning a One X and I'm completely shit on with every common issue I take enjoyment in Microsoft's current downfall in the industry
@ I ended up doing a reset and it worked. Fully power off your Xbox console, remove the network and power cables, and wait for around half a minute. Reconnect the power cord back to the console. Press the “Pair” button, which is on the left side of the console, and the “Eject” button, located in the front of the console, at the same time. While holding both buttons, press the Xbox button on the front of the console. Let go of the Xbox button, but keep holding the “Eject” and “Pair” buttons for 10-15 seconds. You should hear two beeps, after which you can release the buttons. The Xbox startup troubleshooter should appear on your console’s screen. Choose “Reset this Xbox” from the troubleshooter’s settings and proceed to the factory reset.
