So glad I found your video! I want to make this for my planner so I can divide up year-at-a-glance, months, weeks, days, etc. Such a lifesaver! Thank you!
This is exactly what I needed to make for my father as a gift. He, like myself, is always losing his place when he goes back and forth between the many books of the bible. Thank you so very much!!!
Thanks for watching, Kathleen! I hope you have fun with this little project! A worn out Bible is the best one to have! Make it a pretty cover and bookmark and it will last you many more years. God bless!
Thank you! My Bible looks like that with all of the odd ball bookmarks. Whatever is handy. Now I need to go ribbon shopping! LOL btw, I just found you tonight and subscribed after watching two of your videos. ♥♥
Thank you! Love the idea, just what I have been thinking about making for a long time. I was thinking you could also use plastic canvas instead of cardboard. I will give it a whirl. I am from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and this is the first video I have watched of yours.
Yo u might try using contact paper instead of fabric. It would slide easier and also adhere the ribbons instead of glue. Just a thought. I haven't tried it.
That would certainly be another option! But I have so much fabric, I need to use it! And the friction from the fabric helps the bookmark stay in the book. The contact paper would let the bookmark slide right out. Thanks for watching!
Great idea…this is just what my Bible needs!!!
Thank you for this great idea, just what I needed for my Bible! Have a blessed evening!
Thanks for watching, Arleen. Stick around, I'll be posting videos of a slow stitched cover for my bible soon!

I love the idea. Great gift for people in Sunday School class. I might use only 4-5 ribbons, knowing no one has the same size bibles
Yes, Doris, customize it to your heart's content! Thanks for watching!
Danny Seagraves of Hack Your Bible did a video 11 years ago. It's in the feed below yours. Great idea.
