It’s up to her. They don’t need to put English subtitle for foreigners if they just are targeting to Korean subscribers.

@@fenia7789 she did not mention that it's mandatory.. usually she has it.. this happened with one of her other videos also.. but chahong replied to me saying there are subs.. but I wasn't able to find it.. it maybe a glitch or a bug, u never know.. there's no harm in asking for it.. be less judgemental next time..
