how to do a forward roll (Cinderella roll) on aerial hoop/Lyra

How to do a sitting roll on a lyra/hoop tutorial. The sitting roll is one of my first rolls I learned on the hoop/Lyra. It is a nice slow move to put into a routine as a transition or do several in a row.

Ohh thank you. I am glad, they are helpful. You are right, rolls can be s bit scary in the veginning. But you get used to them and then they feel easy. 🙌🤩
