My aunt didn't know that my cousin had a high metabolism when he was a child and she was worried that he wasn't eating enough so she gave him metabolism enhancing supplements which made him dangerously skinny. After a checkup w/ the doctors they found out he had a high metabolism. 30 years later he gained a little weight but his problem is he spends a lot of cash just trying to be full.
