And in the animated program the drunken old man was the only one capable of beating Lau. The same thing wad done in movies where drunken old men taught younger students who were much better athletes. The bottom line is, "Experience" is what counts in movies and often in real life. You may not physically have as much speed as you did in the past, but you don't need it - because you know what your opponent is going to do before they do. And although you may not have as much strength, it doesn't matter. You can punch out someone's teeth with very little strength. Cobra Kai is a program where we should see John Kreese and Terry Silver as the equivalent of Mr. Myagi in the Karate Kid movies. And Kim Sun Yung should be by far the most powerful character we have ever seen - simply because of his age and experience.

Honnestly it's hard to say who would win beetween Kreese and Silver, i think it would probably be more or a psychological fight than anything,the one who Is taking the psychological advantage will get the win. But i would say Silver Is the better martial artist, Kreese was definitely better than him when they were young, but in KK3 and in Cobra Kai show,Silver Is clearly better, he defeated Johnny and Daniel, something Kreese could not do ,i know what some people are gonna Say: "Kreese was holding back agains Johnny" he was in Season 2 yes,but in Season 3 it was an all out fight cause Kreese wanted to kill Johnny beaucause he got no choices, And Johnny was still destroying him until Robby interfere. PROBLEMS: First, we already know who is superior. John Kreese was the repeated Karate Champion when both John Kreese and Terry Silver were in their prime in the military. Second, the writers of Cobra Kai ruined the series by making it so "The Good Guys" such as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence defeated Kreese and Silver. That NEVER should have happened.
Allowing "Student" Johnny Lawrence to defeat his "Sensei" John Kreese is ABSURD! Allowing "Student" Daniel LaRusso to defeat his "Sensei" Terry "Quick Silver" Silver is ABSURD! That is the equivalent of allowing "Students" Daniel LaRusso, Mike Barnes, and Johnny Lawrence to defeat "Sensei" Mr. Myagi. IT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!
Now, it doesn't even matter who would win between Silver or Kreese. When the show switched from TH-cam to Netflix, the show switched from allowing "The Bad Guys" to win in the "Cobra Kai" TV series to only allowing "The Good Guys" to win in the "Cobra Kai" TV series. Netflix should have renamed the series, "Karate Kid." Season 1 ended AWESOME, because "The Bad Guys" won!
It would have been truly awesome to once again see Terry Silver vs John Kreese IF they were the two INVINCIBLE "Cobra Kai" characters the series was named after! It would be the AWESOME equivalent of seeing Mr. Myagi vs Sato! But, we don't get to see that, because the lazy writers made "The Bad Guys" lose!
don’t get me wrong you bring up some very solid points, however you failed to put into account that johnny and daniel have each others teachings. johnny now knows miyagi do and danny now knows cobra kai. this makes them the stronger fighters over those two.. well kreese atleast silver is up for debate

I hope that Kreese and Silver reconcile and team up again after they fight because they’re both fighting against Daniel and Johnny.
