thanks a lot for this. as a somewhat new player its difficult to understand what items you need to make a build work. i look at some planners and they have a 2500 FE memory, relic or slate and it's difficult to tell if it's required when you don't know how the build works 😂 i think i will play this when i get bored or hit a wall with tera gemma
Hi, nice guide. I have a question about Iris. Did you abandon Iris? Is she not endgame viable this season? By viable I mean does she needs way too much fe to reach 100 Billion Dps ?
Probably because Black Sail void seals dont work when you go for 100% hero memory drops/farm. bc of that there are only few (like 8 to maybe max ive seen 17 ) of To You who are Calm memories on the market... and depending on the time of the day (chinese player sleep/ or they dont then they pric fixing, buying those 4 or 5 chep ones and upping the price) 4s version goes from around 3 to 4,5K FE, and 3s version from 5 to even 9k FE.
Thats a budget waaaaay out of reach for like 95% common /casual players of Torchlight in first 2 to even 3 weeks of a season.
Now this is a price for only one item, for memory. now add winter of origin (probably around 250 to 400 FE) , and nemesis ( 200? ) , T0 CDR staff will be at least equal in price to 4 ultimate embers, so at minimum 240 FE. a lot of targeted gear with CDR, rings with growth, lill bit of ES here and there. GOM slates for +1.
and suddenly T8.0 ready Iris gonna cost you close to 6 or 7K. thats probably 1.5-2 times what it was last season.
Where you can take erika or YO and hit 6 to 10 B DMG under 1000 FE. and blast through 8.2 to 8.4
She takes the memory, which at this time is like 5k FE. I've already played Iris a bunch of times to 500B+ so I figured it's time to make some new stuff and try out new stuff. I will probably revisit her at some point this league though, but it won't be that soon.

I’m at level 60 - leveled up with thunder spike dps was like 500k. I switched over to you chain lightning build and I am only doing 80k dps and can’t kill bosses. Thought?

I really liked that you included pet recommendations in the guides as well as the character snapshots for progression points. What about the new pet "Backup Power" that seems designed for Erika 2? Wouldn't that be one of the best pets for this build?
you think this will be a great league starter once we are able to get all the beginner gear? Im debating on this and g2 but honestly Gemma 2 looks easier to get online and blasting
Hi love your content, currently I'm struggling with the beginning version of her, my survival is 6k and I'm also struggling to not die from the hero relic that inflicts shock, also struggling 2 find some of the divinity slates in the trade
You are playing when the league is nearing completion so 95% of the players have now left. You will kind of have to self find a lot of the gear. Focus on your resistances and other things with crafted gear. The legendary gear is just merely a mockup to showcase that the character is strong with effectively no gear. You want to replace most all of the legendary gear asap.

What skill to level with if you don’t have chain light ? Ive tried chain light without the 1 handers, b/c i havent found them and i do no damage. i dont really understand how to actually do damage at low lvl
How do you scale damage with that gear? I got your upgraded version at the end of the video and i barely peak at 600 mill - and that is not consistant at all
Curse effect is your biggest damage scalar.
Thanks for the reply, but you do not really have that on the leveling gear you did 3 mil dps in. Or am I missing something?
@@DennisHansen-s1h I was doing 3billion without any curse effect stuff yea. but to get it from 3billion to 150billion+ the curse effect is required. The legendary memory / and unaffected by shock relic + shock immunity necklace is the first big part of that.
Resistances? It's more difficult to cap resistances this season. This build viable Tiers? Thanks for vid
Many people take +%Shock chance with small talent nodes and for example you recommend Dirty Tricks in Warlock....however there is this line in Lightning Shadow hero trait description (base trait you get at like lvl 10) and it says : ''Shock can only be inflicted through base traits''. It also says ''The Main Skill is guaranteed to inflict Shock on the enemy on the next hit for every 1m of movemend made''.
Now - is it on of those cases of wonky translation? Or perhaps everybody just misunderstands fundamentally how Erica2 applies Shock? Because if you compare how basic traits of other classes work - it's reasonable to assume that a new character entirely build around Shock dmg would have 100% way to apply it (with unique twists) the moment you unlock class Hero Trait.
Especially when you consider Thunder hero trait is tailored specifically for non-lightning damage - something the community hasn't explored yet but then it makes sense even more - to have guaranteed Shock application on lvl 10 base trait.
There is also the fact that there isn't +%Shock chance affix for Hero Relics/Memories. Affixes for memories/relics for every class build up on specific things that upgrade it's unique class mechanics - more Rage for Rehan, Command for Motto etc.

I'm following your charging call moto guide and loving the playstyle. Do you know how Summon Grim Phantom phys -> lightning conversion interacts with Warden's Breast Pin's "only deal physical damage"? Will it be doing lightning damage or physical damage? The training dummy doesn't tell me what damage-type my skills are doing.

They are using a corrupted pin for cannot do phys damage when they are using conversion

Edit: after reading the mods, it looks like arrogant is a single corruption and desecration is a double corruption for 1/3 chance
@@cubingmachine1968 You don't double corrupt, it's way too expensive. Just buy the neck or self corrupt.
@@CoffeeBns Just to clarify, is double corrupting = Desecration - Upgrades 2 explicit modifiers by 1-2 tiers?
It cost 80 FE to attempt with 15% chance.
Shouldn't it be better to attempt that over buying a corrode warden with "cannot do physical damage" for 2500FE (current price)?
@@cubingmachine1968 Buying a non-corrupt pin is gonna be pretty expensive, it's all a gamble though so it's up to you.
Hi I was wondering what is proccing spell burst for the activation medium spell bust support? To make it automatically active or is that not able to happen I have the support skill activation medium do I need something else as well? Sorry if the wording is confusing hope you’re able to reply I’m excited for this build.
You have to be using a skill that has spell burst to trigger all of your other skills that have activation spell bursts on them.

just level with wahtever skill they give you. Or if you have an alt char, buy chain lightning on that.
Under 100 FE?? Pedigree of gods with insight I see in trade house is 1000+
This was last league, everything has changed, it will be more expensive to do this now.

why is chain lightning popular for erika 2? going to play her but would prefer thunderbolt overload
Build is all about getting one really big max hit for your shocks from feline figure to be procced from.
How is there any update on high end version of the build ?

The previous video is the first step of where to take it further yea. But then it goes further from there and I will have that update probably tonight or tomorrow. I was out of town all weekend so I missed 4 days of playing.

How did you level with chain lightning from the start?
I used my first character to buy it, all the supports and the leveling gear. You can take a support or skill gem and click the 3 lines down at the bottom to reset the level on it down to 1, which makes it usable at lvl1

You have to buy it from the shop, they are pretty cheap now.
My activation spell burst on mobile doesn't activate I'm still playing piano

I wasn't very impressed with the title until I saw all the gear are trash levelling uniques! 3B dps on that kinda gear is pretty good.
Rehan train deal more damage per less currecy. xD But... it's okay.
