no, Rosa gets health and energy shield when blocking. with this build you dot yourself a LOT. by having 100% block rate you always block, so you restore way more than you get dealt. Which also means you need to reroll maps which give you less block rate or similiar. And anyway, as I said in another comment, I'm not sure it's worth doing this build right now because the head doesn't exist anymore, and it was boosting both sentry damage and order effect. Tbh it's too expensive to just "try it out and figure if it still works ok"
Mostly. Antinomy is nerfed a bit and its likely better to switch to order speed reduction version in slates. This is still a 30k FE+ build for a subpar mapper.

I figured out how to use build code, under settings/pro builds, and option build code. But your build code says no build available...

all you have to know is to NOT get any knockback or you will get yourself getting knocked back all the time and going backwards xD
