awesome video, thanks! I have a few questions:
how is there stuff with one or two t0 affixes on market that still has plasticity left? is that even possible?
where can I see the targeted processing chances for specific mods before I start crafting so that I can decide which initial affixes would be best to have on the item (those with the lowest chance to hit on targeted processing)?
is there any other difference between item level 85-99 and item level 100 items?

Click the little information "i" icon to see the processing chances for a specific mod. Levle 85-99 gear cannot have t0 gear other than through Dreamcrafting, so you can't push other mods to T0 through prototype crafting like you can on a level 100 piece of gear.
You can get T0 through target processing or dreamcrafting without using all of the plasticity.

Save 2k FE!!! Yeah, it costs me near 1k FE to upgrade affix that i want to t0 with downgrade othe useless affix. And this only for dreamcrafting.

Crafting your staff even with you having to do 400+ dream clicks is surely still cheaper than buying one pre-crafted.

And people wonder why the metas in these games are zoom zoom, u cant get this much materials to use if u do not have a super fast zoom zoom build, its just like rolling a dice, the more times u can roll a dice, the more chances there are to get something worthwhile.

Why does Iris want the staff base that has 12% cast speed? I'm playing electric minions, just hit level 90. Trying to focus now on crafting the items I need to gain more power, but I'm not even sure what mods I need. is the cast speed base even good for iris? my minions do literally everything anyway

Doesn't matter on the base since you are gonna roll over the implicit on the weapon. For Lightning you are going to be playing an attack build that just wants +3 lightning +3 spells on each wand and i don't know what else. You will have to check the ladder for lightning builds.
