Wow 🤩 well researched video as usual, I have been living in London since 2006 😊I can’t imagine living anywhere else😄 London is where it is happening,a lot of information on a daily basis and the diversity but “if I have to move” it will be somewhere between grace in Essex,Southend-on-sea in Essex or Kent but I don’t think I will move away from London coming from “Lagos Nigeria”,thanks for the video.
Life in central London is so busy and bubbling . I doubt I can but anywhere outside London would be great. Those places you listed are relatively calm compared to life in London
Yeah,I live in Kent and have done for 23 years and love it. Just 30mins from my station to London Bridge. I wouldn't like to live in inner London, though.

I dont think these information are correct. I've checked spareroom and zoopla and many other renting websites in the uk and couldnt even find 1 bed room for 500pound for a month. But you're saying 500 for 3bed. So, saying 500 is average rent for 3bed is 90% away from the truth.
