It wouldn't have continued if the boss went home straight after... I don't see anything wrong with this video except that everyone was having fun though they might not be that frank with the boss.. idk..

Yeah this is kind of a hazing ritual from the boss. None of them wanted to play & none of them wanted to have to hit each other.

LOl, the boss is a chef, not a tv personality. He's not at all comfortable in front of the camera so he doesnt know how to act. He's making everyone else feel uncomfortable.
Umm...actually he IS a TV personality. He is also well-known for his phenomenal martial arts skills. I totally missed him and a couple other chefs in competition in New York a while ago.

SOTTO SOTTO of course, this show really cuts scenes to make them look evil, cruel and a person without patience. when you watch the show all the bosses are put to look some sort of way. the show doesn’t define who they are in real life. He’s actually a cool person
