He's gentle, smart, articulate and doesn't walk around acting like he's God's Gift. His wife is hotter than he is? I guess you only care about looks. Jensen strikes me as someone caring about substance more.

The captain America and Hawkeye thing is not true. Jensen has said he never auditioned for or was approached for either role. This was a rumor that a few somewhat credible sites picked up. He was approached for a role 8n Deadpool, obviously not Deadpool because Ryan Reynolds was attached to the project for years. Please do better research before saying thigs are facts. His first roles were not on Soaps. He first did an episode of Wishbone, then Sweet Valley High, an episode of Cyble. He then landed a reoccurring role on a sitcom called Mr. Rhodes... then he was Days of Our Lives.
There are two seperate videos of Jensen saying he was not approached or had anyone talk to him about it. I have them saved somewhere, I will try to find them and post them.
