Although sometimes it pains me to see an original bike modified to such an extent, this is an incredibly high quality, well-done job. You gentlemen are great at what you do.
i can't say that having no suspension would be that comfortable of a ride. This bike is a dream to ride and i couldn't imagine it without suspension. As for the kickstart, i believe that if the battery was removed it would run. I'm not 100% certain of that since i have not tried it. Somehow it is possible because i have seen it done.

thanks for your input, i just thought it would be easier to make the rear lower by getting rid of the rear suspension, the build im planning on doing i dont want the kind of seat thing you have, i just want to chop the back of the frame off and shorten the stock seat or something and dont want a battery out of place somewhere
@futbolloco10 Develop a form or jig to bend your tube around. Fill your tube with sand. Weld the ends with some steel plate. Heat the tube progressively at each bending point bend into position. You may have to over bend a little to get the tube to end up where you want it.
also a bike with a kick start and electric start, if you remove the battery can you still kick start and have the lights work? im going to try and make it as bare bones as possible
