Really love this type of video - so relatable. I'm nowhere near in your age demographic, but by watching you I get an insight in to how younger people think these days. Just love you, Rich and Grey. Also, can't wait to get your London lists - coming home in May, and would love to see your recommendations.

As I have felt with eczema for quite awhile and my son has it as well. Fragrance based products will exasperate the issue as well as anything with vitamin E. My dermatologist has recommended using Cerave and Vanicream line of products as they are free of irritants. I’ve used these products for over 20 years and on my children since birth. Hope this helps🙏🏼

Hi Lily, just wanted to say that even tho your videos are more mom-related (and I’m eons for that), as I’m listening to your baby stories I ask my mom how she deal with those little things and she tells me stories about me and my brothers as babies (hope that makes sense) and that gets us in a really lovely trip down memory lane. Thank you! Xx

Hey Lily, thanks for another great and relatable video. Just wanted to reasuure you about the body image / clothes thing. I am 39 and have 3 kids, and when I started watching youtube a few years ago I saw quite a few recommendations for topshop jeans. I went and tried some on in the shops and found I had to go 2 sizes up in them and even then, the style didn't really suit my body shape (I am a 10 in most shops). I think some brands focus on making clothes to fit bodies that haven't experienced childbirth, ie not wide hips etc, which is a real shame as all women's natural body shapes should be catered for. Just wanted to reassure you, that it's not just you that struggles to find clothes that fit well, post-childbirth!

Honestly love Bad Gal Bang for a light lengthy mascara - I love the brush on it. It's not too wet / not too waxy. And unlike a lot of mascaras, I don't feel the formula changes as you use it over time (how some are better when it gets some air in it, etc). I don't usually have 1 mascara I'm bound to, but I've enjoyed it since it was released. Also have been loving the Ilia mascara. .... Camera did great, and you're 32 ;)

You don’t really need a cat flap especially if you and rich are home often. They’ll wait by the door when they want to come in or out and since you have a fence they’ll probably be pretty safe outside

reguarding your body: i have 2 kids, and my body reacted to pregnancy differently for both of them. i have autoimmune conditions and my second pregnancy made me more sensitive to foods i’d never reacted to before...
but regardless, it’s important to remember the old adage “9 months up, 9 months down” your body made a human, and coming down from that is going to take time. just remember how bad-ass you are for creating a life, and have forgiveness for yourself. it won’t last for long.

About ovulation... it's actually not necessarily true... Woman CAN get pregnant at any point and time.. My brother and sister-in-law tried for 2 years to get pregnant... and they never did during the ovulation period.. they now have 2 babies and BOTH times she got pregnant "OUTSIDE" of the ovulation period.. :) so I feel like it's very personal as everyone's body is different :) I'll give you another example, a friend was trying to get pregnant for a while after stopping birth control and trying to conceive... she eventually did and had her baby.. when the baby boy was born, she figured it takes so long for her to get pregnant anyway, she didn't go back on the pill...and guess what, she got pregnant while still breastfeeding! :D And ended up with 2 babies under 2 and REALLY close together.. so yeah, our bodies are pretty amazing...and do like to play tricks with us sometimes! :D

You may want to consult a naturopathic doctor as I know skin related issues such as eczema, etc. are typically diet related. More specifically a food intolerance. One of the most common for skin & sinus issues is a dairy sensitivity. It’s helpful to keep a food diary for a few weeks, tracking all your food & your body’s reaction to it. For you it may be sugar or gluten or soy or corn or strawberries or chickpeas! It’s individual, of course. But dairy is extremely, extremely common, again, especially for skin & sinus issues. Be aware...It can take up to 48 hours for your body to react but it’s the most valuable first step to finding the cause of your skin issues. Seriously....speaking from experience.

I used a set of baby nail scissors from Boots - they felt really safe and 6 yrs later they are still used twice a week, incident free!

Clinique lash power mascara. The brush is tiny and it makes my lashes look long but natural.

Came here to say Lash Power. I have it in chocolate and it just defines, no volume or length. I also love it more after it's been open for a few weeks and got a bit drier, but that's just my preference 😊

    Great video Lily!
I had a trial size of the No.7 lash extender mascara (silver and gold tube) given to me when I bought their it cosmetics CC dupe (which is also good, it’s pretty creamy and I just apply it with my hands, it’s also quite dewy) and it’s brilliant! I’d never really tried the brand before but I’m pretty impressed.
It’s lightweight and leaves your eyelashes fluffy and not hard but also lengthens them and is a true black.

Hey Lily, I love your videos and I’m an addict to your instagram but I hardly ever comment... two things I really feel I need to say. One - I had a baby 18 months ago and I found just after his first birthday my body suddenly fit into all my clothes properly again. My stomach is still softer than it was, but my hips and everything kind of just went back. I wasn’t working out much at all (I would have if I could have but I had serious health complications following birth). So... keep working but I think it’s understandable to be unsure of a new body. Especially when the scales might be saying the same number as pre pregnancy so you can feel a little bananas!
The second is- people can ovulate at different times. I was infertile for five years because I didn’t understand I was ovulating straight after my period. Like STRAIGHT after. So, sometimes figuring that out is hard because those little sticks don’t always work. I hope that helps someone out there who might be trying. Do it all the damn time, you never know when you’re going to get pregnant!

For mascara, the Glossier one is good, but very, very natural, so doesn't help hold a curl or volumize at all. I've found Max Factor Clump Defy to also look really natural effect but it gives the lashes more of a lift and is more buildable. Also - not sure if you've tried taking probiotics containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, but it's really helped me prevent/minimise eczema flare ups around my mouth and eyes (I use a brand called Inessa). Sorry for the unsolicited advice - I just know how frustrating eczema can be, esp in cold weather!

Basically agreeing with everything in this video 😂
Completely agree with the baby nails thing! I cut my daughter’s nails every 3 or 4 days but as you say it’s so tricky now as she pulls her hand away so I’ve been trying to bite them myself!
S R Nutrition on Instagram is amazing and she’s so friendly, I’ve sent her a few questions when we started weaning and it made me feel so much better. X

I don't know if you can get it in the UK, but 'Terramycine + Polymyxine B' is a great calming cream to use on your lips. It's actually a product to use in/on your eyes, but works on lips, cuticles, dry skin...

Google Maps lists are actually the best thing ever!! I've been using them for years and it's just like a diary. You make of note of places you love or places people mention to you so you don't forget. I have pins from my previous overseas trips and it makes it so easy when I go back to remember all my favourite places and to be able to plan my trip before I go!
I would love to see a map of your favourite places!! xx

Having a baby causes us to lose time lol. You’re 32 but don’t worry you will remember your age once your brain adjusts to never sleeping soundly again 😂 ♥️45 or 46 y/o mom of 3
