After seeing this episode for the first time, I hunted everywhere for Sugar Soap. On line searches revealed all sorts of expensive hand made soaps, usually made in CA at spas. Nothing that seemed to fit Kim's description of Sugar Soap. Finally, on a blog, it was reveled to me that Sugar Soap is available in the US as TSP!! It's called Sugar Soap because in its powdered form it looks like sugar!!! DUH... I've been using TSP for years.
Why does Kim remind me of Bette Midler in Hocus Pocus? lol I love these 2 but I am not sure how they stomach some of the messy homes they encounter. I would be sick sick sick from just a hint of foul odor.
my house is squeaky clean...i am a very tidy person,unfortunately i suffer from depression as well.the cleaning just makes me cry every day even though i can't tolerate the slightest amount of mess.
why would anyone keep a frezer full of old food? then she has the nerve to cry. what for? I would have thrown out that fridge without opening it ... duh??
Thank God they are not opening it! This is the worst thing I've seen, its even worse than the toilets to me cause it was just laziness. Well, all of it is. Nasty!
what does her being depressed have to do with the house being a toxic dump? Her kids and husband are in it too. Why doesn't the man step up and clean and get his wife help? I'm a single mother and I work full time. I don't use that as an excuse to not clean my house. Why is the entire house cleaning burden blamed on the wife? Just because the man works all week, is NOT an excuse for the house looking like that....just saying.
