    Just wondering how have you kept up with your exercise program during shelter in place? What kind of lifts are you doing? You mentioned you have equipment at home, as in a home gym? That sounds neat.

      I just recorded the video. Higher volume stuff, more frequency, less weight since I don’t have enough. I have bands, dumbbells, barbells.
