did you get that FLCL robot figure original or resale? I’m a fan of the show and that design in general, but $200-600 is definitely out of my price range.

I actually got it original sale (back in around 2009 I think), and it's sort of a sad story, cause that was back before anime had the popularity it did now, and even toy collectors shied away from most of these guys. You could actually get a couple of the series for well under $100 back then, crazy really.

A few of the less popular pieces still show up used or randomly on ebay/other smaller toy sites, you should be able to find a good deal if you look hard enough (even in this day and age). Just know Kaching brands has been dead for years, so don't waste your time trying to find an official site for them.
Also, be aware that they are vinyl. If you haven't bought vinyl collectibles before, be sure to read up on how to take care of them as well. Best of luck in your hunt man!

Yo!!!! Good shiz saving the best for last with tht MICHAEL LAU hammr u droppd. Garden(p)almer figures are my new poison as far as figures go. Always been more of a hot toys/enterbay 1/6 fig collector or just western franchise figs(marvel legends/neca/spawn) or figma/shf/revoltech but yo! Articulated vinyls with cloth goods?!!! Game over. MICHAEL LAU wins...wish they werent so rare especially now with the covi drama...copped a BB and COLORZ fig tho!!! Woo!!
where can i find real kaws and ron english
Depends on what exactly you're looking for.
For smaller things, Ron English sells blind box figures on many different websites (including the ones I mention in the video). Kaws unfortunately hasn't sold small collectibles in a few years, unless you like plushes, some of which are still available online at Uniqlo.
For more mid tier stuff (like $200+), you can use the same sites for Ron, however Kaws is harder to find. You can find stuff occasionally on his site (kawsone.com) and occasionally at MOMA's online store, though I would follow his social media accounts to keep track of releases, because they almost always sell out.
Finally, for their larger works, best chances are either contacting higher end toy dealers or art studios that carry their works.

May I ask why you don't own any Kidrobot?
Just a personal preference. I don't really have anything against Kidrobot, I've just never been a big fan of their style, or works/collaborations outside of a handful of things, but never enough to actually want to pick them up. Though I will probably pick up a smorkin labbit or two at some point (unless I can find a Bounty Hunter one in decent condition).
